this is great! fun and light-hearted, and about an urgent topic. thank you for this series, it’s a hoot! I was gonna say “it’s a gas”, but then I thought, oh, maybe that’s not so “culinarily correct”. And congratulations on your win, Diane. I’m going to share this, I’m with Sandra, Vancouver needs to know. Everyone I know who cooks in the DTES does what you have done here, created beauty and nourishment with few resources. and, Diane, I planted trees for years when i was a young person, a treeplanting camp cook is a divine and special kind o’ human. Thank you.
Hello!
Thank you for sharing this with us. I’m also a Food Network Station fan as well. I loved how you and Chef LeBlanc and your team incorporated some of the theme from Food Network in this three parts video recorded. Well done! If you ever need a Judge in the future; I would be gladly to be apart of this.
The judges were so accurate and keen on the limited nutrition for people who are on low-income and limited space in SROS to cook.
I would highly reccommend this to the Food Bank of Vancouver and Greater Vancouver.
Again Great Job!! I love your trophies as well!!
ALL MY RELATIONS.
I loved this video. Anything positve from the DTES is good. Thankyou Diane, congratulations. Carl M.
Thanks Carl!
